These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of 8848 Lunch Box / Nepali Kitchen ("we," "us," or "our") based in Houston, Texas. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We offer pre-ordered Nepali-style meals for delivery within our service area. Menu items, prices, time slots, and availability may change. We may refuse or cancel orders if items are unavailable, if we cannot verify your address, or for safety or legal reasons.
2. Account
You are responsible for accurate contact information (name, phone, email, delivery address). You must not misuse the site, impersonate others, or use another person's account without permission.
3. Orders & scheduling
Orders are typically scheduled for future delivery dates as shown at checkout. Cutoff times and minimum order rules may apply. By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase; we confirm by processing and fulfilling according to our operations.
4. Payment
Unless we state otherwise, we use cash on delivery (COD). Payment is due when your order is delivered (or at pickup if we offer pickup). If you do not pay as agreed, we may refuse future service.
5. Delivery
Delivery fees and zones depend on your address and our current settings. You must provide a complete, accurate address. If we cannot complete delivery due to wrong address, unreachable recipient, or unsafe conditions, the order may be cancelled or returned; charges may still apply as reasonable.
6. Cancellations & changes
Cancellation or change policies depend on timing and kitchen operations. Contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to change orders that are already being prepared.
7. Food & allergies
Our kitchen handles various ingredients. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, you are responsible for reviewing menu descriptions and contacting us before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is generally limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum allowed by law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
